2015 Buick Enclave Review:
"The 2015 Buick Enclave continues to impress as a full-size crossover SUV that blends upscale design, generous space, and a smooth, quiet ride. Positioned as a more refined alternative to mainstream three-row SUVs, the Enclave offers a near-luxury experience at a more approachable price point than premium-brand rivals. For families or drivers who prioritize comfort and practicality without compromising on style, the 2015 Enclave delivers in all the right areas.
Under the hood, the 2015 Enclave is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine producing 288 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Power delivery is smooth and adequate for daily driving, merging, and highway cruising, though it leans more toward comfort than performance. Available in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations, the Enclave handles with poise for its size. Steering is light but responsive, and the suspension soaks up road imperfections with ease, making long trips especially relaxing for passengers.
One of the Enclave’s biggest strengths is its spacious, well-appointed interior. The cabin is impressively quiet, thanks to Buick’s QuietTuning technology, which uses acoustic glass and additional sound insulation to minimize road and wind noise. High-quality materials are used throughout, and the layout is both elegant and functional. Standard seating for seven or eight, depending on configuration, means plenty of room for passengers across all three rows. The second-row captain’s chairs (available on most trims) add a premium touch and allow easy access to the third row. Cargo space is also generous, with over 23 cubic feet behind the third row and nearly 116 cubic feet with all rear seats folded.
The 2015 Enclave also comes well-equipped with features aimed at comfort, convenience, and safety. Even the base trim offers a long list of standard equipment, including a power liftgate, tri-zone automatic climate control, and a rearview camera. Technology is handled via Buick’s IntelliLink infotainment system, which is intuitive and responsive, offering Bluetooth connectivity, voice controls, and satellite radio. On the safety front, the Enclave includes a suite of airbags, stability control, and available advanced features like blind-spot monitoring and forward collision alert, helping it earn top scores in crash safety testing.
Overall, the 2015 Buick Enclave strikes a great balance between utility and luxury. It’s not the most athletic SUV in its class, but its combination of comfort, space, style, and safety makes it a top pick for families seeking a premium yet practical vehicle."

RECALL NOTICE
What is a recall:
A safety recall involving a motor vehicle or an item of motor vehicle equipment can be independently conducted by a manufacturer or ordered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). In either case, the manufacturer must file a public report describing the safety-related defect or noncompliance with a Federal motor vehicle safety standard, the involved vehicle/equipment population, the major events that resulted in the recall determination, a description of the remedy, and a schedule for the recall. NHTSA monitors each safety recall to ensure the manufacturers provide owners safe, free, and effective remedies according to the Safety Act and Federal regulations. Manufacturers are obligated to attempt to notify owners of recalled products. For vehicles, that means manufacturers merge their own records of vehicle purchasers with current state vehicle registration information. For equipment, where state registration records do not exist, manufacturers are obligated to notify their distribution chain and known purchasers of the recalled equipment. However, even if you do not receive a notification, if your vehicle, child restraint, or other item of equipment is involved in a safety recall, the manufacturer is obligated to provide a free remedy.
